Most of our work comes from someone telling their neighbour. That only works if we turn up when we said we would and charge what we quoted, so that is the entire strategy.

Do you charge to come out?
No. You pay for the work, not for us ringing your doorbell.
How quickly can you come?
Emergencies in Luton, usually the same day. Everything else, within the week. We will give you an honest slot rather than a hopeful one.
Will the price change once you start?
Only if we find something we could not see from the outside, and then we stop and tell you before we carry on. No surprises on the invoice.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. One socket is a job. Plenty of people ring embarrassed about how small it is, and it is never a problem.
